Meet the Team
Spencer was born and raised in Rock Springs and built his career in industry. He worked as an electrician at the Jim Bridger Power Plant in Rock Springs and later transferred to the Dave Johnston Power Plant in Glenrock. His seven years in large-scale operations shaped how he views a job site: safety standards matter, people matter, and strong teams run on clear expectations.
Spencer is an avid outdoorsman and a world-traveling hunter. Mountain Top Services was inspired by the thrill and determination found at the top of the mountain. He believes God is felt most clearly when you are immersed in the outdoors.
His heart belongs in Dubois, where three generations of men in his family fell in love with hard work and the outdoors. His uncle taught him how to work with his hands, his grandpa taught him to take the opportunity, and his mom taught him not to limit what you think is possible.
His real estate career began when he purchased Riverbend RV Park in Glenrock. Mountain Top Services was established in 2020 out of Glenrock, Wyoming, built on his experience in ranching, real estate, and industrial work.

Grace is the foundation behind Mountain Top Services; the steady hand that keeps a faith-driven, employee-built company running strong. She comes from a family tied to athletics, the Bighorn Mountains, and an outfitting lifestyle where hard work is just part of the day.
Her family’s oil and gas background in Gillette, plus hands-on experience in vegetation management, helped expand Mountain Top into weed spraying and large field services. She leads with grit, heart, and a focus on building a company that takes care of its people and its customers.

My wife and I are born and raised in Wyoming, and have been foster parents for two years, sharing our home with amazing kids. After my time playing college baseball in Nebraska, I made my way back to my roots here in Glenrock, where I continue to embrace my passion for hunting and all things outdoors.
I started working with Frontier Foam and Mountain Top Services in 2021, where I have excelled in building all types of fence, as well as creating and designing well-insulated buildings, shops, and houses in Wyoming and surrounding states.
